1. When you have chosen the wine or wines that you want (remember, you can mix cases) simply call us or send us an email. We will let you know if the wine is available from stock immediately or if we have to bring it in from the Bonded Warehouse.
   
2. We will give you an anticipated delivery date.
   
3. When you confirm your order we will advise you of the total cost (including VAT and delivery**) and will take all of the details for delivery. Thereafter, you can pay by debit or credit card (there is a 2.5% charge for credit card transactions).
   
4. We will do the rest !
